What happens if we are not happy with the place? Refunds? If our resort does not satisfy the needs of
your group or fails to live up to our presentation despite our best effort, we will be happy to provide a list of the finest
accommodations
on Bull Shoals Lake to choose from. The cabins are older and built from the oak and cedar trees that
were harvested and milled on the site. They do need to be treated gently and with patience, understanding their age.
However they have survived 50 years as vacation cabins. They are sturdy, well built cabins as well as authentic relics of the
past. We do our best to present the cabins and grounds by posting the most current pictures of the resort on our three
main websites, as well as several major vacation rental listing servies. We reply to phone and email inquiries and answer
any questions to the best of our ability. But if for any reason a guest is dissatisfied we will do everything within our ability to
remedy the situation to the satisfaction of all parties.

Are you wheel-chair accessible? Not at this time, but we are planning to expand the lodge and make each room
all accessable for those persons using a wheelchair or are have limited mobility.

Are you small-children/infant friendly? Yes, we do have a infant swing on the playground, and toddler wading
pools for the smallest of babies. Supervision of all children is required at all times.

What time is breakfast served? Cabin kitchens are stocked with everything needed to cook breakfast, lunch or
dinner. There is also a picnic table and Webber BBQ outside the door for our guests. We do not serve breakfast, lunch or
dinner. Food, water, smores, marshmallows and personal items including charcoal, lighter fluid, or ice are not provided.
How old is the Resort? Rocky Hollow Lodge was built in the early 60's, making it 48 years old in 2009.

Do you have single night rentals available? Our cabins are three night minimum spring summer and fall.
Guests may reserve two nights in the off season, Nov 15 - Feb 15th. The Main Lodge is a seven night minimum, from May
thru Labor Day. Three nights are welcome during the off seson, October thru February.

Do you have a laundry facility? We do supply towels, linens, paper products including coffee filters. Our helpful
housekeeping staff will exchange cabin towels as needed, just put your basket out before 10 am, linens will be replaced
promptly. Due to the needs of the resort, we are not able to provide the machines to the guests. Bull Shoals does have a
public laundry just a few blocks from the resort. We are planning the addition of a guest's laundry in the next year or two,
one of many improvements on the schedule.

Are you close to Wal Mart? Yes, Wal Mart is just seven miles from Bull Shoals, in the town of Flippin, AR

Are you close to grocery stores, post office, banks, restaurants? Yes, we are in the town of Bull
Shoals, on paved streets, just a short walk from our full service grocery store, Harp's Grocers.

Can we have karaoke, or loud music, or fireworks at your resort? Yes, yes, and yes. Musicians are
welcome! Guitars around the fire pit on a hot summer night are just a part what makes our resort a memorable experience.
You'll find our accommodations open to a friendly party atmosphere, especially on the 4th of July. Fireworks are permitted
on the 4th of July only, and only until midnight. We have a very large fireworks display put on by the City of Bull Shoals. An
hour long, impressive barrage of exploding rockets are shot out over the lake from the State Park which is located next to
the Bull Shoals Dam. Viewing fireworks from the 2nd Fairway on the Golf Course is a lot of fun.

Are there boating laws that we should know about? Yes, please see Boating Regulations for more
information. All children under 12 must havea life jacket on at all times while on the water, including docks, row boats or
any floatation device or craft. Please obey no wake zones, that includes staying 100 feet from all crafts, boaters, swimmers
dock and structures. The cove at our resort is also shared by other dock owners. Please be considerate of their property
and the safety of persons in the water, and always reduce speed to 5 mph while entering or leaving our cove.

I've heard that there are a lot of bugs in Arkansas, do you have bugs at your resort? We have
numerous species of Dragonflies and Butterflies, and a good population of Lightening Bugs every summer. Cicadas are
annual and quite loud. Staying in the open air away from dense shaded brush and you will not see any mosquitos. As far
as other biting insects like ticks and chiggers, we treat the property four times a year with seven dust in coordination with
their reproductive cycles. This insures that we keep the playground, grass areas and cabin areas free of crawling, hopping
and scavenging bugs.

The cabins themselves are treated with insectifuge, sprayed underneath and inside. They are disinfected and thoroughly
cleaned between check in and check out. We have never had a complaint of anyone being bitten that wasn't explained by
walking into tall grass along the river while fishing or while finding a lost golf ball at the golf course. Insect bites usually
occur when hiking off trail where one is likely to get a tick just like any dry, forested region in North America. Staying out of
uncut grass, weeds, or brush, and staying on trails will greatly reduce the chance of getting a bite.

Flies can be a problem during the summer months. We hang fly traps at each cabin to help keep them to a minimum.
Pouring out sodas, beer or mixed drinks, cooking grease, and leaving food outside will attract flies. Flies can only be
controlled if everyone keeps their areas clean and disposes of refuse properly.

What should we do if the people in the next cabin are making a lot of noise after the 10:00 pm
Quiet Time Policy?
Infractions cannot be handled by resort staff or owners. Please call 911, they will dispatch officers
on duty 24 hours who are very happy to be of service and less than two minutes away. Bull Shoals has a noise ordinance,
and we include quiet time after 10 pm in our reservation policy outline. The Bull Shoals Police Department is happy to
respond to noise complaints to protect our citizens, and that includes our guests, from civil disturbance of any kind to help
keep the peace and insure the quality vacation you deserve. All guests are required to sign our reservation policy, that
states the civil code and noise ordinance in our town is 10 pm.

What happens if myself or my family are hurt while on vacation? Is there liability coverage in
the unlikely event that it is needed?
Bull Shoals has a fully staffed medical facility four blocks from the resort.
See Tammy Tucker, M.D. for more information on our medical facility, and emergency response. For all emergencies, call
911, responders are within minutes from our location.

The ozarks are known for rugged terrain, twisting roads and unpredictable weather. Watch weather reports closely for the
latest conditions, especially if boating. Our grounds are well maintained but not level. Flashlights are necessary at night.
Be prepared for outdoor activitiy by wearing the sturdy footwear and taking proper precautions.

The resort carries liability insurance necessary according to state law. Guests agree to use common sense such as
supervising children of all ages at all times. Signing our registration card is acceptance and our guests agreement to hold
us harmless for injuries or damage due to any accident or event outside our control.

The Supervising Adult in each cabin is responsible for damages, injuries, or repairs due to careless or irresponsbile
acitivity, neglect or misuse of property, or failure to use good judgement. Using common sense and taking precations to be
safe is the guests responsibility. Anything we can do to assist in providing the safest and most succesful vacation is our
pleasure, please do inquire!
